Tracing its illustrious roots back to a 17th-century union with the Tuscan Barberini family, this legendary Châteauneuf-du-Pape titan is anchored by over five centuries of ancestral heritage. Today, eighth-generation custodian Florent Lançon guides the historic family estate with a deeply humble, listening approach to the land, utilising hands-on, organic viticulture where every living thing plays a role in the ecosystem. Fashioned by the Provencal sun and the force of the Mistral wind, their grapes are vinified without artifice to purely translate the estate's magical terroir of safre and rounded pebbles. The resulting allocations echo the fame of the original 18th-century "Vin de la Solitude," delivering beautifully structured, majestic expressions that pulse with raw, natural elegance and a profound, authentic sense of place.

The Southern Rhône is all about warm Mediterranean vineyards and generous fruit-driven blends. Grenache is the backbone here, supported by Syrah and Mourvèdre (often referred to as ‘GSM’) to create reds that are soft-textured with ripe berry fruit, gentle spice and a touch of herbal character.
