Returns Policy
1. Overview
At Tiny Wine we are committed to delivering the finest tasting experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution in line with consumer law and our quality-standards.
2. Which orders can be returned or refunded
As our products are alcoholic beverages and/or tasting samples, please note they are not eligible for return simply for change of mind once shipped and delivered, except in cases described below.
We will accept returns or issue refunds if the product arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or substantially different from how it was described at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for return/refund, you must contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order and provide your order number and details of the issue.
3. How to request a return, replacement or refund
Please email us at contact@tinywine.co.uk with your order number and a description (and photo if relevant) of the issue.
We will review the case and respond within 2 business days with instructions.
If we accept the return, we will provide you with a returns-address and any special instructions (e.g., packaging for fragile goods).
Do not send your item back until you have received our confirmation, or you may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
4. Condition of returned items
Items must be returned to us in the condition you received them, including packaging, unless the item was damaged in transit or is faulty.
If the tamper-sealed packaging is opened, we may refuse a return unless the product is damaged or faulty.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of our decision.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of the approval.
The refund will cover the cost of the item; shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example wrong item, defective item, etc.).
If you requested a replacement instead of a refund, the replacement will be dispatched once the original has been received or we are satisfied that it cannot be used.
6. Exchanges / Replacements
If you received the wrong item, a damaged item, or a faulty item, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost where possible.
If the replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.
7. Faulty goods, incorrect goods, or damage in transit
For items that arrive faulty, incorrectly described, missing parts, or damaged in transit, we will provide either a replacement or full refund (including standard original shipping cost) as soon as we verify the issue.
Please notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
8. Change of mind / unwanted items
Because our products involve alcohol / tasting samples / sealed goods, change-of-mind returns may not be accepted once the product has been shipped and delivered.
If you believe your case warrants a special exception (for example severe dissatisfaction with the tasting kit) please contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
9. How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days.
Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account (this depends on your bank or payment provider).
10. Shipping returns (when accepted)
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (incorrect/faulty item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.
