Founded by members of a Basque txoko gastronomic society who wanted the ultimate companion for their culinary creations, this Rioja benchmark is a winery fundamentally born out of a passion for food. Fusing centuries-old traditions with modern innovation, Beronia uniquely pioneering the use of mixed-wood barrels crafted from both French and American oak. Tended with precision across Rioja's prime sub-regions, their celebrated Reservas deliver deep complexity, intense red berry fruit, and subtle baking spice notes—resulting in structured, wonderfully gastronomic masterpieces that pulse with classic elegance and a majestic, food-friendly vitality.

About Rioja

Rioja is Spain’s flagship wine region and a place where clear structure and long-standing tradition shape the styles. Tempranillo is king, delivering approachable reds with bright fruit gentle spice and familiar Rioja smoothness. Garnacha, Graciano and Mazuelo will often join the blend. Ageing classifications such as Crianza, Reserva and Gran Reserva set the tone with increasing time in oak and bottle, adding layers of flavour.
