Incorporating fully organic, high-altitude viticulture ploughed strictly by hand—and their trusted mule, Frida—the estate utilises whole-bunch fermentations, concrete tanks, and clay amphorae to vinify old-vine Garnacha and Carignan. From their honest, village-blended Terroir Històric to their monumental, single-vineyard crus like Les Manyes and Les Tosses, Huber crafts breathtakingly light, chiselled, and crystalline masterpieces that vibrate with authentic Mediterranean emotion, pure fruit clarity, and a majestic, slate-driven mineral tension.
