Building his domaine entirely from scratch after choosing to step away from the local co-operative, sixth-generation Loire vigneron Antoine Sanzay has become one of Saumur-Champigny's most respected organic superstars. Tending 11.4 hectares of pristine, certified bio vines - including a prized slice of the legendary 'Les Poyeux' vineyard - he relies on low-intervention winemaking to craft effortlessly elegant bottles celebrated for their vibrant fruit, site expression, and absolute linear precision.
