Bastian Wolber is an energetic young winemaker working under the 'Laisse Tomber' label in the Mâconnais, crafting small parcels of wine with a light touch.

He trained internationally before settling in Burgundy, bringing a fresh, inquisitive mindset to each cuvée. Wolber favours organic farming, slow fermentations and gentle handling to coax out detail without heaviness.
