About the producer

Rooted in the rolling hills of Lignorelles for eight generations, the Lavantureux family masterfully commands every step of the journey from their meticulously tended vines to the final pour. Driven by a hands-on, estate-grown ethos, they craft fiercely expressive Chablis and regional gems that burst with crisp, mineral-driven tension and a brilliantly sharp, luminous vitality.

France

France remains the benchmark for many of the world’s classic wine styles, built on a deep history of regional identity and an appellation system designed to protect it. AOC rules outline where grapes can be grown and how wines are made, giving structure to places such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne and the Rhône. Key grapes like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah all find their most famous expressions here, alongside countless regional varieties. From the mineral-driven whites of the Loire to the rich blends of the south, French wine is ultimately about clarity of origin and a commitment to balance.

Burgundy

Burgundy is France’s most detailed and site-driven region. Stretching from the cool slopes of Chablis in the north down through the Côte d’Or to the Mâconnais in the south. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the foundations here, but the real story is how each village and vineyard expresses them differently. The Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune form the region’s core, while areas like the Côte Chalonnaise and Mâconnais add a broader mix of styles and accessibility. Burgundy is defined by careful vineyard work, long-established classifications and a focus on clarity of place rather than heavy winemaking influence.

Grand Cru Clarity

Lemon, green apple and wet stone combine in a Chardonnay that feels both powerful and impossibly refined. The fruit is precise and energetic, while a distinctive mineral character brings depth, focus and extraordinary length.

The Chablis Pinnacle - From the celebrated Vaudésir Grand Cru vineyard, this is Chablis at its most complete. The structure balances richness and tension effortlessly, delivering layer upon layer of complexity while remaining beautifully poised and refreshing.

Seafood Evenings

This Grand Cru white is a brilliant, versatile companion for shared plates of shellfish, grilled sea bass, or rich artisanal charcuterie. its crisp, oysteB-R-shell minerality cuts beautifully through delicate textures, elevating any casual dinner into an event. It is a bottle best enjoyed with good company.

Cellar Access

This curated vintage allows you to enjoy the full prestige of a legendary Grand Cru vineyard around a relaxed table. Properly cellared and protected from light and temperature fluctuations, the liquid uncoils beautifully in the glass. You get to experience a crystalline, flawless expression of boutique craftsmanship preserved at its absolute peak.
