About the producer

After executing a high-stakes departure from his historic family estate in 2009, Samuel Billaud successfully reclaimed his personal share of Chablis’s most legendary, grand cru terroirs. Relying on early harvesting, organic farming, and a calculated restraint with oak, he crafts taut, coiled masterpieces that shimmer with blistering mineral tension and a razoB-R-sharp, chiseled precision.

France

France remains the benchmark for many of the world’s classic wine styles, built on a deep history of regional identity and an appellation system designed to protect it. AOC rules outline where grapes can be grown and how wines are made, giving structure to places such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne and the Rhône. Key grapes like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah all find their most famous expressions here, alongside countless regional varieties. From the mineral-driven whites of the Loire to the rich blends of the south, French wine is ultimately about clarity of origin and a commitment to balance.

Burgundy

Burgundy is France’s most detailed and site-driven region. Stretching from the cool slopes of Chablis in the north down through the Côte d’Or to the Mâconnais in the south. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the foundations here, but the real story is how each village and vineyard expresses them differently. The Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune form the region’s core, while areas like the Côte Chalonnaise and Mâconnais add a broader mix of styles and accessibility. Burgundy is defined by careful vineyard work, long-established classifications and a focus on clarity of place rather than heavy winemaking influence.

Grand Cru Purity - Oyster shell, green apple and citrus zest define this exceptional Chablis. Vibrant, mineral and beautifully precise, it captures the unmistakable character of Grand Cru Chardonnay while delivering remarkable freshness and extraordinary length.

Chablis Majesty - From one of Chablis' most celebrated Grand Cru vineyards, this Chardonnay showcases the region at its most refined. Mineral precision, bright acidity and exceptional balance combine to create a truly world-class white wine.

Elite Plates

This Grand Cru masterpiece acts as a magnificent companion for fine shared plates, raw seafood bars, or delicate lobster starters. It's incredible mineral focus completely transforms any simple dining experience into an indulgent luxury ritual, best enjoyed with good company.

Bespoke Luxury

This curated vintage allows you to enjoy the full prestige of a legendary Grand Cru vineyard around a relaxed table. Properly cellared and protected from light and temperature fluctuations, the liquid uncoils beautifully in the glass. You get to experience a crystalline, flawless expression of boutique craftsmanship preserved at its absolute peak.
