Sylvain Pataille operates out of Marsannay and has become one of Burgundy’s most exciting voices. A trained oenologist and consultant, he farms biodynamically and works with a range of climats.

His reds are fragrant, fine-boned and quietly complex, shaped by gentle extractions and long, patient ageing.
