About the bottle...

An indispensable benchmark to add to a custom case selection; this white Burgundy opens with a crystalline brilliance, delivering a vibrant sensory snap of crisp orchard fruit and subtle citrus. Effortlessly lean and refreshing, it maintains a taut, precise shape on the palate that beautifully modernises the region. It is the perfect accompaniment for a relaxed golden hour shared over herb-flecked small plates.

Orchard Clarity

Green apple, lemon peel and delicate white flowers define this beautifully judged Bourgogne Blanc. Pure fruit and lively acidity work together seamlessly, creating a Chardonnay that feels vibrant, elegant and endlessly drinkable.

Burgundian Charm

From the celebrated vineyards of Burgundy, this Chardonnay offers far more than its humble appellation might suggest. Subtle notes of orchard fruit, baking spice and gentle oak lead into a palate that is generous, expressive and beautifully balanced. Rich enough to satisfy yet fresh enough to remain effortless, it's a brilliant introduction to the Bzikot style.

Late Light

This pour is best served beautifully chilled during the golden hour as the afternoon fades. Pair it alongside oily fish, salty feta, or a citrusy, herb-flecked pasta to let its vibrant freshness truly sing. It creates an atmosphere of effortless luxury, perfect for slowing down and unwinding with great company.

Pristine Allocation

Stocking a case of this curated vintage allows you to experience the complete magnificence of premium white Burgundy over a series of memorable evenings. Perfectly cellared and protected from environmental fluctuations, each unopened bottle uncoils beautifully when shared. It offers a crystalline, flawless expression of boutique craftsmanship built for your home collection.

About the producer

Founded by a Polish grandfather who arrived in Burgundy in the 1940s, this undeC-R-the-radar estate has quietly become one of Puligny-Montrachet’s absolute best-kept secrets. Tending 15 hectares of certified organic vines, Sylvain and Beatrice Bzikot bypass the corporate limelight to craft exquisite, terroiC-R-driven wines that channel pure regional elegance and crystal-clear precision.

France

France remains the benchmark for many of the world’s classic wine styles, built on a deep history of regional identity and an appellation system designed to protect it. AOC rules outline where grapes can be grown and how wines are made, giving structure to places such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne and the Rhône. Key grapes like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah all find their most famous expressions here, alongside countless regional varieties. From the mineral-driven whites of the Loire to the rich blends of the south, French wine is ultimately about clarity of origin and a commitment to balance.

Burgundy

Burgundy is France’s most detailed and site-driven region. Stretching from the cool slopes of Chablis in the north down through the Côte d’Or to the Mâconnais in the south. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the foundations here, but the real story is how each village and vineyard expresses them differently. The Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune form the region’s core, while areas like the Côte Chalonnaise and Mâconnais add a broader mix of styles and accessibility. Burgundy is defined by careful vineyard work, long-established classifications and a focus on clarity of place rather than heavy winemaking influence.
