About the producer

Founded by a Polish grandfather who arrived in Burgundy in the 1940s, this undeB-R-the-radar estate has quietly become one of Puligny-Montrachet’s absolute best-kept secrets. Tending 15 hectares of certified organic vines, Sylvain and Beatrice Bzikot bypass the corporate limelight to craft exquisite, terroiB-R-driven wines that channel pure regional elegance and crystal-clear precision.

France

France remains the benchmark for many of the world’s classic wine styles, built on a deep history of regional identity and an appellation system designed to protect it. AOC rules outline where grapes can be grown and how wines are made, giving structure to places such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne and the Rhône. Key grapes like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah all find their most famous expressions here, alongside countless regional varieties. From the mineral-driven whites of the Loire to the rich blends of the south, French wine is ultimately about clarity of origin and a commitment to balance.

Burgundy

Burgundy is France’s most detailed and site-driven region. Stretching from the cool slopes of Chablis in the north down through the Côte d’Or to the Mâconnais in the south. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the foundations here, but the real story is how each village and vineyard expresses them differently. The Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune form the region’s core, while areas like the Côte Chalonnaise and Mâconnais add a broader mix of styles and accessibility. Burgundy is defined by careful vineyard work, long-established classifications and a focus on clarity of place rather than heavy winemaking influence.

Meursault Precision - Citrus, orchard fruit and subtle hazelnut notes glide across a beautifully textured palate. Freshness and minerality bring lift and focus, revealing a more refined and energetic side of Meursault.

Meursault Depth

From one of Burgundy's most revered villages, this Chardonnay delivers all the richness and character that Meursault is known for. Flinty smoke and subtle reduction lead into a broad, powerful palate layered with warmth and intensity. Generous, confident and wonderfully complete, it showcases the depth that makes great white Burgundy so captivating.

Late Light

This pour is best served beautifully chilled during the golden hour as the afternoon light fades. Pair it alongside oily fish, salty feta, or a citrusy, herb-flecked pasta to let its vibrant freshness truly sing. It creates an atmosphere of effortless luxury, perfect for slowing down with great company.

Pristine Pour

This exceptional bottle is your invitation to explore premium white Burgundy entirely on your own terms. Rested in professional estate cellars and kept under flawless temperature control, every drop retains its optimal depth, freshness and nuance. It is the ultimate way to experience uncompromised quality, ready to be poured whenever curiosity strikes.
