About the producer

Founded by a Polish grandfather who arrived in Burgundy in the 1940s, this undeB-R-the-radar estate has quietly become one of Puligny-Montrachet’s absolute best-kept secrets. Tending 15 hectares of certified organic vines, Sylvain and Beatrice Bzikot bypass the corporate limelight to craft exquisite, terroiB-R-driven wines that channel pure regional elegance and crystal-clear precision.

France

France remains the benchmark for many of the world’s classic wine styles, built on a deep history of regional identity and an appellation system designed to protect it. AOC rules outline where grapes can be grown and how wines are made, giving structure to places such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne and the Rhône. Key grapes like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah all find their most famous expressions here, alongside countless regional varieties. From the mineral-driven whites of the Loire to the rich blends of the south, French wine is ultimately about clarity of origin and a commitment to balance.

Burgundy

Burgundy is France’s most detailed and site-driven region. Stretching from the cool slopes of Chablis in the north down through the Côte d’Or to the Mâconnais in the south. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the foundations here, but the real story is how each village and vineyard expresses them differently. The Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune form the region’s core, while areas like the Côte Chalonnaise and Mâconnais add a broader mix of styles and accessibility. Burgundy is defined by careful vineyard work, long-established classifications and a focus on clarity of place rather than heavy winemaking influence.

Citrus Snap - Lime leaf, green apple and white blossom aromas leap from the glass with remarkable purity. Elegant, focused and wonderfully poised, this Puligny-Montrachet showcases Chardonnay at its most precise and captivating.

Puligny Precision

Drawn from the limestone-rich vineyards of Puligny-Montrachet, this Chardonnay is a masterclass in balance and restraint. Delicate citrus fruit and subtle mineral notes create a focused, elegant palate, while vibrant acidity carries the wine through a long, graceful finish. Refined and quietly confident, it captures the enduring appeal of one of Burgundy's most celebrated appellations.

Table Rituals

This elegant pour serves as a versatile companion for a relaxed counter filled with shared plates. It pairs beautifully with fresh flatbreads, raw seafood, or soft artisanal cheeses, turning any casual gathering into something special. It is a pour that is quite simply at its best when enjoyed with good company.

Fresh Selection

This pristine bottle allows you to explore the incredible depth of premium boutique allocations with absolute freedom. Meticulously cellared to eliminate any premature ageing, the wine is held at its absolute peak of condition. You enjoy a silken, flawless pour of boutique luxury that remains vibrant from the first glass to the last.
