About the bottle...

This old-vine Priorat red Carignan opens inside a compact 100ml bottle with a spectacular, mineral-drenched snap of wild bramble fruit, violets, and cracked slate, showcasing an effortless, lean texture and a strictly taut, linear architecture that brings a highly sophisticated energy.

Granite Clarity

Red berries, citrus peel and delicate mineral notes combine in a vibrant and finely detailed wine. Elegant and expressive, it reveals the remarkable freshness and purity that define Terroir al Limit’s style.

A New Priorat - Crafted from old-vine Carignan, this wine showcases a lighter, more elegant interpretation of the region. Focused, mineral and beautifully balanced, it highlights purity over power.

Late Light

This pour is best served beautifully chilled during the golden hour as the afternoon light fades. Pair it alongside oily fish, salty feta, or a citrusy, herb-flecked pasta to let its vibrant freshness truly sing. It creates an atmosphere of effortless luxury, perfect for slowing down with great company.

Pristine Pouring

Our single glass format invites you to explore premium white Burgundy without the commitment of a full bottle. Precision decanted via laboratory-grade Coravin Vinitas technology, the wine is safely locked in a completely oxygen-free environment. You enjoy a silken, flawless glass at its absolute peak, with zero waste.

About the producer

Driven by a Burgundian obsession with site specificity, this Priorat powerhouse has completely redefined the narrative of Spain’s rugged southern soul. Under the visionary guidance of Dominik Huber, Terroir al Límit rejects the heavy oak, over-ripeness, and intense extraction traditionally associated with the region, pivoting instead toward absolute transparency and gastronomic fluidity. Incorporating fully organic, high-altitude viticulture plowed strictly by hand—and their trusted mule, Frida—the estate utilizes whole-bunch fermentations, concrete tanks, and clay amphorae to vinify old-vine Garnacha and Carignan. From their honest, village-blended Terroir Històric to their monumental, single-vineyard crus like Les Manyes and Les Tosses, Huber crafts breathtakingly light, chiseled, and crystalline masterpieces that vibrate with authentic Mediterranean emotion, pure fruit clarity, and a majestic, slate-driven mineral tension.

Spain

Spain’s wine history stretches back to Phoenician traders, Roman viticulture and a long monastic tradition. The modern era accelerated after phylloxera pushed French winemakers south, shaping regions like Rioja. Today Spain balances heritage with innovation, reviving old vineyards and native varieties while refining quality across its diverse landscapes. Spain is one of the most dynamic wine countries in Europe, home to a huge diversity of regions and styles shaped by its varied climate and long winemaking history. You will find fresh Atlantic influenced whites from Rias Baixas and fuller reds from Ribera del Duero and Rioja, where Tempranillo is the headline grape. The appellation system is built around quality tiers such as DO and DOCa which help guide you through everything from crisp Verdejo in Rueda to deep Garnacha from Priorat. Across the country the focus is on expressing place, with modern producers leaning into freshness, balance and regional character.

Priorat

Priorat is a dramatic, volcanic landscape of steep terraces and unique, glittering slate soils known as llicorella. This challenging, low-yielding terrain forces the vines to struggle, concentrating the fruit into a powerful, texturally fascinating structure that balances rich, dark intensity with a brilliant mineral tension. is a dramatic, volcanic landscape of steep terraces and unique, glittering slate soils known as llicorella.
