Under the visionary guidance of Dominik Huber, Terroir al Límit rejects the heavy oak, over-ripeness, and intense extraction traditionally associated with the region, pivoting instead toward absolute transparency and gastronomic fluidity. Incorporating fully organic, high-altitude viticulture plowed strictly by hand—and their trusted mule, Frida—the estate utilizes whole-bunch fermentations, concrete tanks, and clay amphorae to vinify old-vine Garnacha and Carignan.
