Tube Credit — Terms & Conditions

Taste first, commit when you're ready. When you buy a Tiny Wine Tube, the price you pay is credited toward a full Bottle of that same wine.

How it works

  1. Buy a Tube of any wine in our range.

  2. We'll email you a unique Tube Credit discount code shortly after your order is confirmed.

  3. When you're ready to buy the full bottle of that same wine, apply the code at checkout.

Eligibility

  • Tube Credit applies only to the exact wine you purchased in Tube, and only toward that wine's Bottle or case format. It cannot be used toward the Tube format of the same wine, or toward any other wine in our range.

  • The value of your credit is equal to the amount you paid for the Tube, after any other discounts applied at the time (i.e. the net amount paid, not the Tube's list price).

  • If you buy Tubes of more than one wine, you'll receive a separate code for each wine.

  • Each Tube Credit code can be used once, and is issued to the customer who placed the original Tube order.

  • Tube Credit codes are valid for 90 days from the date your Tube order was placed. Codes not claimed and redeemed within this window will expire and cannot be reinstated.

  • Only one code can be redeemed per transaction

Other terms

  • Occasionally a wine's Bottle format may not be available (for example, where a wine was released in very limited quantities). If this applies to the wine you tasted, we'll let you know when you contact us and do our best to suggest an alternative.

  • Tube Credit codes are non-transferable and have no cash value or alternative.

  • Tube Credit cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotional offer.

  • Tiny Wine reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Tube Credit mechanic, or these terms, at any time. Any change will not affect codes already issued.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
