Tube Credit - Terms and Conditions

Taste first, commit when you’re ready. When you buy a Tiny Wine tube, individually or within a tasting kit, you receive credit towards a full bottle or case of that same wine.

Each tube earns a separate credit. Credits cannot be combined, and only one code can be used per order. You pay any remaining balance after the credit is applied.

How it works

  1. Buy your Tiny Wine tubes, individually or as part of a tasting kit or bundle.

  2. We’ll email you a separate Tube Credit discount code for each tube shortly after your order is confirmed.

  3. Choose the matching full bottle or case and enter the relevant code at checkout.

  4. Your credit is deducted from the matching wine’s price. You pay the remaining balance, plus any applicable delivery charges.

There is no obligation to purchase a bottle or case.

Tasting kits and bundles

Tasting kits and bundles earn individual credits for the tubes they contain. Each credit can be used only towards the matching wine’s bottle or case.

The total credit value represents the combined value of those separate codes. It is not a single voucher that can be spent against one bottle, another wine or your basket as a whole.

For example, a kit containing four different wines earns four separate credits, each tied to its matching wine. You can redeem whichever credits you choose, but each must be used in a separate order.

Credit value and eligibility

  • Each credit equals the tube’s normal individual selling price at the time of purchase, before any promotional discounts or bundle savings.

  • For tasting kits and bundles, credit is calculated using each included tube’s normal individual selling price. The total value of the separate credits may therefore differ from the price paid for the kit.

  • Credit applies only to the exact wine purchased as a tube, towards its matching bottle or case. It cannot be used to purchase more tubes or a different wine.

  • Each code can be used once. Only one Tube Credit code can be redeemed per order, even if your basket contains several matching wines.

  • Credits cannot be combined with another Tube Credit code, another discount code or any other promotional offer.

  • Codes must be redeemed within 90 days of the original tube or tasting kit order date. Expired codes cannot be reinstated.

Availability

Matching bottles and cases are subject to availability. Some wines, particularly limited releases, may not be available in these formats.

If buying the matching bottle or case is important to your purchase, please check availability with us before ordering your tubes. If it becomes unavailable after your purchase, contact us so we can discuss the available options.

Other terms

  • Codes are issued to the customer who placed the original order. They are non-transferable and have no cash value or cash alternative.

  • We may amend or withdraw the Tube Credit offer. Changes will apply to future purchases and will not affect credits associated with orders already placed.

  • These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
