Tending 11.4 hectares of pristine, certified bio vines - including a prized slice of the legendary 'Les Poyeux' vineyard - he relies on loC-W-intervention winemaking to craft effortlessly elegant bottles celebrated for their vibrant fruit, site expression, and absolute linear precision.
