About the producer

Jintaro Yura is a young Japanese grower crafting micro-production wines from rented parcels in Alsace. His background in architecture shows in his attention to detail and clean, intuitive approach in the cellar. Working at a tiny scale allows him to be deeply hands-on, and his wines tend to be delicate, pure and quietly expressive.

Yura has quickly become a name to watch, offering a fresh perspective on familiar terroirs while keeping intervention gentle and technique transparent.

France’s wine story begins with Greek settlers, Roman farmers and medieval monasteries that shaped famous regions. It remains the benchmark for many of the world’s classic wine styles, built on a deep history of regional identity and an appellation system designed to protect it. AOC rules outline where grapes can be grown and how wines are made, giving structure to places such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne and the Rhône. Key grapes like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah all find their most famous expressions here, alongside countless regional varieties.

From the driven whites of the Loire to the rich blends of the south, French wine is ultimately about clarity of origin and a commitment to balance, and modern France continues to evolve, combining precise regional traditions with a renewed focus on sustainability and site expression.

Alsace sits in France’s far northeast and is known for its clean aromatic styles shaped by a dry sunny climate and sheltered vineyards. Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer and Muscat are central, producing expressive wines with strong varietal character. Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner offer lighter, fresher options, while Pinot Noir has gained momentum with increasingly refined reds. Most wines here are made in a dry, focused style and the region’s mix of soils from granite to limestone adds further nuance.

Alsace remains a brilliant source of precise aromatic wines that show clarity and strong grape identity.

Lime Whisper

A finely tuned Alsace Riesling with lime, white flowers, orchard fruit and cool mineral tones. The fruit feels crystalline and vibrant, carried by a taut line of acidity and a delicate textural edge. It is elegant, precise and quietly resonant, with freshness that lingers beautifully.

Alsace Clarity

From Alsace in France, this Riesling sits at 12.5% ABV, giving it lift, focus and proper shape without heaviness. The structure is vertical and finely balanced, with mineral tension at the centre and a gentle softness around the edges. A graceful white with real quiet power.

Clean Plates

Perfect with sushi, grilled prawns, oysters, goat’s cheese, pork schnitzel, Thai salads or anything with lime, herbs and clean spice. This is the glass for bright lunches, thoughtful dinners and moments when you want something fresh, stylish and quietly electric.

Pure Measure

The 100ml format gives you one perfectly measured glass without opening a full bottle. Filled using Coravin Vinitas® technology, each tube is designed to preserve freshness, aromatics and texture. A smart way to enjoy rare Alsace Riesling with zero waste and maximum clarity.
