About the bottle...

A characterful Provence rosé from Clos Cibonne, blending Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Tibouren into a wine that feels fresh, saline and gently savoury. A beautifully measured 100ml pour for curious drinkers who like their rosé with texture, elegance and a little Mediterranean soul.

Riviera Salt

A Provence rosé with more character than the usual pale-pink postcard. Expect wild strawberry, citrus peel, peach skin, dried herbs and a gentle saline snap. The blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Tibouren gives it a silken texture, vibrant freshness and a subtly savoury finish.

Coastal Shape

From Côtes de Provence in southern France, this rosé sits at 13% ABV, giving it enough body to feel grown-up without losing its effortless summer ease. The structure is dry, lifted and lightly textured, with Tibouren adding that distinctive Clos Cibonne depth and Mediterranean charm.

Sunlit Table

Perfect with grilled prawns, niçoise salad, roast chicken, burrata, herby vegetables or salty snacks before dinner. This is the glass for terrace lunches, seaside moods and warm evenings where you want something refreshing, stylish and quietly more interesting than standard rosé.

Pink Measure

The 100ml format gives you one perfectly measured glass without opening a full bottle. Filled using Coravin Vinitas® technology, each tube is designed to preserve freshness, texture and detail. A smart way to enjoy premium Provence rosé with zero waste and plenty of discovery.

About the producer

Clos Cibonne is a historic Provençal estate just outside Toulon, best known for its distinctive, ageworthy rosés based on the Tibouren grape. The Roux family has been at the helm since the 1930s, championing a style that sits far from modern, pale, early-drinking rosé. The wines are fermented and aged under flor, giving them savoury depth, texture and a subtle oxidative edge. Alongside the rosés, the estate also produces characterful reds and whites, all marked by a strong sense of tradition. Clos Cibonne offers a fascinating, old-school expression of Provence that rewards curiosity and time.

France remains the benchmark for many of the world’s classic wine styles, built on a deep history of regional identity and an appellation system designed to protect it. AOC rules outline where grapes can be grown and how wines are made, giving structure to places such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne and the Rhône. Key grapes like Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah all find their most famous expressions here, alongside countless regional varieties. From the mineral-driven whites of the Loire to the rich blends of the south, French wine is ultimately about clarity of origin and a commitment to balance.

Côtes de Provence, situated along France’s southern coast, is best known for defining modern rosé at scale while maintaining its regional identity. The region is built around Mediterranean varieties, such as Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, grown across a wide area with varied soils and a strong coastal influence. While rosé dominates production, there is an increasing focus on precision viticulture and controlled winemaking to deliver consistency and quality. Reds and whites also play a supporting role, often made in a fresher more restrained style. Côtes de Provence has become a benchmark for reliable well-made wines shaped by climate clarity and technical confidence.
